Noh Sangho
노상호

NOH Sangho (b.1986) is a natural born storyteller, sincere practitioner and bold experimenter. Browsing the Internet and social media daily, the artist diligently collects myriad images of the day to day. NOH reconstructs the fragments selected from an array of images onto carbon paper, which is a medium that represents him as an artist. The works, executed on carbon paper, reveal the artist's unique perspective on the flexibility of the "image" in the digital era, defined by a flood of images that travel and transform freely across platforms.

ARARIO GALLERY SHANGHAI is the oldest Korean gallery in China. The gallery has continued to play a significant role in introducing the works of not only Korean artists but also a diverse range of Asian artists from Japan, India, China, the Philippines, and Indonesia to the Chinese art scene, providing a steady discovery of young artists and advanced exhibition opportunities.

Arario Gallery opened its first Chinese branch in 2005 in the Jiu Chang Art District, Beijing. The Beijing space, which was in operation for over seven years with great success, closed its doors in 2012. In April 2014, ARARIO GALLERY SHANGHAI reopened in Xujiahui, Shanghai, until June 2017 and relocated to West Bund, Shanghai, from July 2017 to August 2020.
